Google API Services and Google Business Profile Data

Sky Nails & Spa Sebring uses the Google Business Profile API (via an internal tool we call "Sky Nails Content Automation") to manage our own business listing on Google — specifically, to upload photos of our completed nail work to our Google Business Profile.

This tool:

• Accesses only the Google Business Profile account and business listing that we, the business owner, control and have authorized.
• Is used solely to upload photo content to our own business listing. It does not read, collect, or store personal data belonging to customers, reviewers, or any other individuals.
• Does not access Gmail, Google Drive files outside of what we explicitly provide for posting, Google Contacts, or any other Google product or personal Google Account data.
• Does not transfer any Google user data to third parties, and does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Information

Any information we collect or access (as described above) is used only to:

• Operate and maintain our Google Business Profile listing (photos of our work).
